It is a lovely place. The sellers have redone everything, and it is in just perfect condition: new flooring, paint, light fixtures, windows, AC, furnace. And it is just decorated to perfection. It looks just like Janie, and her furniture.
She will close the deal the first of the week, and will be moving slowly, so that the move won't be hard on any of us. She has really needed something to give her a new spark. And she is excited. We are so happy for her. Just wait until you see it! It is beautiful.
