Today is a much warmer day than we have had for about the last 10 days. So all these lovely big piles of snow are trying to turn to slush. This one is piled on top of the drain in our cul-de-sac and is blocking said drain. So after the rain which is supposed to start falling tonight this cul-de-sac should be thoroughly flooded. So on top of the piles of snow still left, rain storms will be bringing on flooding, and the warmer temperatures have created dense fog. So, let's see, is there anything else that Mother Nature can
throw at us? So far 2014 has been an interesting year.
Don and Chuck were able to meet at Hoosier Park this afternoon, for an afternoon of playing the horses.
Ginny and I stayed home at our own houses. Ginny wasn't feeling well. I dusted, did some laundry,
cleaned the bathroom, and, I guess, wore myself out doing that puny amount of work. Because this evening I was very tired and content to watch TV. I almost went to bed without writing my journal page.
But, there, it is finished. And now to bed!
