Blue Journal January 14, 2014 - Like Spring in Cammack

It was so much like spring today that, right after lunch, we drove to Muncie and did some shopping.  It was very sunshiney and so warm in the car that I had to shed my jacket.
As you can see from the pictures you just can't drive that close to Cammack, Indiana, without stopping at the Cammack Station.  Of course, it was not a meal time, but we still had to stop.  So we just had a coffee and a cookie.
We really enjoyed the afternoon, squinted our eyes, and pretended it was April or May.
Alas, by the time supper time came around and we were back in Anderson.  Clouds, wind, rain, and the cold were back in town.  We did, however, get all our errands run, and were safely back home in time to snuggle warmly in our jams for an evening of TV.
